New Rochester Public Library Service

On July 1, 2016 the Rochester Public Library Reynolds Media Center started a new online service through Midwest Tapes called Hoopla.

Hoopla brings thousands of movies, full music albums, audiobooks, comics and more to patrons through an easy to download and use app or on their computer. Simple to access and use, without the hassle of having to return the items you’ve borrowed. With the app, patrons can download the content to their device and watch later when away from Wi-Fi access.

This service is available to all Rochester Public Library card holders living in the City of Rochester.  Videos are a 3 day loan, Music albums are a 7 day loan and audiobooks, comics etc. are 21 days. Patrons may borrow up to 7 items per calendar month.

All content is accessible via hoopla digital’s mobile app and online at www.hoopladigital.com.
