HOME REPAIR GRANTS

SEAC provides grants to low-to-moderate income owner-occupants of residences (up to 4 units in the southeast area of the city. At least 50% of the money must be used to address issues that either prolong the useful life of the home OR repair structural and/or basic building systems that threaten the health and safety of the occupants. Interior or exterior work may be done. Preference will be given to first-time applicants or to those needing emergency repairs. SEAC is currently offering the following grants: AHC (Affordable Housing Corporation)

Culver Road Armory For Sale - 13WHAM.com (Rochester, N.Y.) – The city may buy the Culver Road Armory from the state. The state contacted the city a few months ago about a possible sale.
